Certain purchases within the UAE may include free delivery.
Free deliveries may be awarded to certain orders at the seller’s discretion, or through a promotional event, or through a promotional code.
Free deliveries may be limited to areas excluding “Out of Delivery Areas” and physically inaccessible areas. If a case arises where the purchased products cannot be delivered due to the above reasons, the buyer may be offered an option of picking up his or her order from one of our or our partners’ facilities.
International purchase is currently disabled and will be enabled in the near future. Purchases from outside of the UAE will not be covered by the free shipping policy, and the shipping fee will be calculated during purchase.

The shipping cost will be determined during the check-out process, or quoted when making a custom order.
Purchases that are deemed undeliverable due to the buyer being unreachable, buyer having provided inaccurate address/contact information, buyer not being available at the given address at time of delivery, or due to any other reason where the hinderance is within the control of the buyer, the order will be considered as undeliverable. Prior to listing the order as undeliverable, our staff will do their utmost to reach the buyer or resolve the issue.
If our staff fails to reach the buyer or resolve the issue after a limited number of attempts, the order will be cancelled. Upon cancellation the buyer will be refunded the full amount minus AED 30 penalty.
If the order is deemed undeliverable due to any fault out of the hands of the buyer, and the fault cannot be rectified within reasonable time, the buyer will be refunded the full paid amount.
In case the order is undeliverable due to force majeure such as but not limited to natural disasters, bad weather, or due to crime or terrorism, we will ensure that the order is fulfilled at the soonest possible time, else the buyer will be refunded the full amount.
Products Damaged During Delivery
Upon receiving a delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the delivered product(s) and reporting and rejecting any damaged good prior to signing for them. Upon signing for the received delivery the buyer acknowledges that he/she received the order in good condition. Any damage should be reported immediately along with detailed photographed evidence of the package exterior, and contents of the package to help ascertain the faulty party.
In case the package seems damaged, or upon inspection damage is detected, the buyer agrees to photograph the damaged package prior to opening, as well as the damaged product, and any other sign of damage or tampering prior to returning or rejecting the item. All high quality photos should be sent to our customer support email: firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number and tracking number within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
Neither we, nor the delivery service can be held responsible for any damaged product(s) that was/were deemed in good condition by the buyer upon signing the respective received document.
Damaged goods exclude:
- Refillable products such as and not limited to fragrances may lose a portion of their overall volume or intensity over time.
- Minor residue, damage, scratches, discoloration, fading or any other minor issue with the external packaging that does not affect the purchased product in any way.
- Any damage incurred by the buyer after receiving the package such as but not limited to damage caused while opening the package, accidentally dropping the package, misuse of the product.
- Handmade items may contain certain flaws which are characteristic to handmade items and are part of the handmade item’s identity such as remnants of the production process; intentional cracking placed by the manufacturer as part of the design in certain vases, said cracking is cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the product. Loose threads on hand made soft toys…etc.
If a purchased product is rejected by the buyer as damaged, and is deemed undamaged upon its return to the seller, the buyer will be refunded store credit on the website or through a voucher with the value of the amount paid for the product, excluding any additional fees incurred during the purchase such as and not limited to shipping costs.
If the delivered package contains multiple items, the buyer agrees to collect the undamaged products and only return the damaged products with exception to severely damaged packaging where the buyer has the right to reject it on the spot. The buyer is encouraged to document the damage as thoroughly as possible prior to opening and collecting the undamaged goods from the damaged package.
Misplaced or Misdelivered Orders
If the buyer fails to receive their order within the provided duration, they are encouraged to contact our customer support at the earliest on email@example.com
The standard delivery time will range between 2-10 working days within the UAE. Some large and/or fragile items might require more time to package and prepare for safe shipping. The buyer will be informed in such a case, and the delivery will be made at the soonest possible time.

No Refund Policy
we does not offer any refund policy. Refunds will only be issued at we’ discretion or due to a fault or error by we or its partners. Such as:
- Buyer receives a damaged product that we is not capable of replacing.
- Buyer fails to receive the purchased products due to a fault or error from we or its partners.
- Buyer receives wrong item and we is not capable of sending the purchased item.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card. There are no cash refunds on orders paid for by card. The card owner is responsible for ensuring his mode of payment is capable of receiving the refund and we nor its partners will be responsible for any issues preventing the refund due to problems with the buyer’s bank account, buyer’s credit card, buyer’s bank.
No Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is made, an order may not be canceled. If the cancellation request is due to faulty information given by the buyer, the order may be updated with the correct information, however the buyer will be responsible for any fees, expenses, or penalties incurred due to said error. In such a situation, delays in delivery may occur.
A purchased product can only be exchanged for other products with a total equal to the amount originally paid for the product, excluding any additional fees paid such as but not limited shipping fees. The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase and only if the products are in their original and perfect condition.
Items bought on sale, or incurred a discount through a voucher or promotion will have their returned value calculated as the amount paid by the buyer for the actual product(s).
The shipping fees paid on the initial order do not cover any exchange related shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is in its original and perfect condition
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
- Once the RMN number is issued, buyer must ensure product is returned within a maximum of 7 days.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the shipping of the returned product back to our facility.
we will not be responsible for any product damage incurred during the product return process. The buyer and the shipper will settle any issues arising from loss or damage of the returned product without any involvement of we unless the damage or loss occurs after we receives the product from the shipper/buyer.
Only 1 exchange is permitted per product per order. Once a previously purchased item is exchanged, the received “new item” will not qualify for an exchange.

Once the return is approved, you will be credited with the returned product’s value in the form of a voucher or credit in your account.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

A purchased discounted product can only be exchanged for the value that was paid for the product itself by the buyer and will not include the value of the additional fees paid such as but not limited to shipping. The buyer cannot exchange a product with a lower price, with another same or similar product with a higher price. If the buyer wishes to make the exchange, the buyer will have to pay the difference in cost.

Incase of a lost voucher, the buyer is responsible for informing us at the soonest, and if the voucher is cancelled by susarts.com prior to being used by the buyer or a third party, a new voucher may be issued to the buyer.
9. Certain vouchers may be linked to the buyer’s account. Said vouchers may not be transferable, and may remain linked to the buyer’s account.
10. Buyer is responsible for checking his/her junk mail folder to ensure promotional vouchers do not mistakenly end up there.
11. If a customer does not receive his/her promotional gift within 1 workday, the customer can contact us to resolve the issue.
